Meiomi Red Blend with BLT Sandwich Bites
- 6 slices bacon
- 4 slices white bread
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 16 cherry tomatoes (or 8 larger, cut in half)
- 1 cup lettuce
- Cut bacon slices into four pieces and cook in frying pan or in oven until crispy, then drain on paper towels.
- Cut out bread circles with the cookie cutter.
- Spread a thin layer of mayo on one side of the bread, add bacon, lettuce and then mayo and bread. Top with a tomato. Skewer with a cocktail fork.
